Long Overdued CNY 2009

yeah! we're the duo of eternal sueyness! both of us keep getting dealt with terribly lousy cards for at least 10 consecutive rounds! sighhh, this is a sign for us to quit blackjack and join the party of couch potatoes.

Afterall, CNY is the season where ppl challenge one another on the constant gorging of junkies definitely its the best time to flaunt those gambling stunts you've been practising for the whole of past year!

赌神 looking at his cards and analysing his best bet but was disturbed by 2 impatient fellow gambers, demanding to see his cards.

Presenting to you.. 'How to summon the best card?'
(i) bend over and stay very very close to the gambling table
(ii) chant continuously for the card you desire while moving your hand over the deck of cards
(iii) the chant turns into a shout for the card while picking the card up in a swift swoop and in a huge exaggerated motion, finally slapping it hard on the table!
(iv) viola~ hope for the best!


And that ritual taught earlier really worked!! lady luck finally found her way back to us!



see! those who doubt the ritual ends up like that red indian (notice no cash sitting beside her wallet?)

Maybe she thought that our little nephew will be able to give her better luck.

After he got bored with that, he starting pestering us to take photo with him. Super act cute! cannot take it! hahahah!

Wei Qi and I had wanted to take a photo (like just the two of us) when little ashley squeezed his way in between us.

now see the tallest and the shortest in our family.

sighh, should have never bought that ice-cream for him.

Now we have to runaway from him unless anyone wants to have chocolate clothes!

worst thing is, he thought we are playing a game with him. so the more we ran away from him, the more he ran towards us!

Had to drag him into the toilet to wash him!

Btw, he styled his own hair in the toilet!!

Mens' Night Out Pre-Spring (Feb 2009)

this is sooo long overdue until i cant even remember the actual events taking place. so i shall just do some picture description (is that what we used to call it? those kind of oral comprehension thingy back in sec sch).

Chimay Blueu from Chiang Mai!! Our virgin take on this one...interesting! but too bitter for my liking. But then again...no alcohol is to my liking anyway.

one more round of the famous rochor tau huey (which didnt managed to bring down our beer belly at all). So the only best step to take is to....take photos with Moses Lim! This is how we convince ourselves that beer bellies arent too bad afterall, standing next to Moses Lim.
